😳 I got sick at Disneyland. I went too sugar crazy + had some bites of my kiddos fried foods. It’s called “dumping syndrome” and is common post weight loss surgery. So yes, I am more inclined to eat “clean” / high protein / low glycemic foods because I will get sick. In fact I have “food-reactive hypoglycemia.” SO, if I eat the wrong things my insulin spikes + blood sugar drops to an all time low.

Disney then VS Disney now. Small wins on a long journey. I can now walk 8am till midnight + still have energy with no sore feet or body. Fit on all the rides comfortably. Fit in the Disney swag. 🎢 🙌🏼 🥳

‼️ Put the utensil down. Stop eating. Take it to go or let the waitress / waiter throw it out. If you’re thinking “I need to finish all this food cuz I paid for it” you have an unhealthy mindset.

Over eating that food you “paid for” is garbage one way or another. Either garbage in your body, not serving you, or garbage in the literal physical garbage. 🗑️

Mind body connection is key! Don’t let yourself get sick after weight loss surgery. It’s probably going to happen a few times. You’re learning your new little tummy. Have patience BUT learn self control. 🙌🏼
