😳 I got sick at Disneyland. I went too sugar cr 😳 I got sick at Disneyland. I went too sugar crazy + had some bites of my kiddos fried foods. It’s called “dumping syndrome” and is common post weight loss surgery. So yes, I am more inclined to eat “clean” / high protein / low glycemic foods because I will get sick. In fact I have “food-reactive hypoglycemia.” SO, if I eat the wrong things my insulin spikes + blood sugar drops to an all time low. Can you relate AND / OR do you want to make “better” food choices when you are out and about? Check out the foods I chose in this post. If you’re thinking “I need to finish all this food cuz I paid for it” you have an unhealthy mindset. Over eating that food you “paid for” is garbage one way or another. Either garbage in your body, not serving you, or garbage in the literal physical garbage. 🗑️ Mind body connection is key! Don’t let yourself get sick after weight loss surgery. It’s probably going to happen a few times. You’re learning your new little tummy.
